We offer two programmes within the HR CIPD Career Academy: CIPD Level 3 and CIPD Level 5. You can choose the relevant one based on your expertise. Our programmes provide a globally recognised HR qualification and guaranteed remote work experience, bridging the gap between education and employment. Training is fully online, combining self-paced learning with expert tutor support and live sessions. You’ll also have access to over 90 Kogan Page ebooks.
After completing your CIPD qualification, we match you with an employer for 4 to 16 weeks of remote unpaid work experience, either part-time or full-time, depending on your availability. If you have previously completed a CIPD Level 3 and wish to join the CIPD Level 5 Career Academy programme, you may be able to do your work experience at the beginning of your Level 5 Carer Academy programme rather than at the end. As part of the programme, our experts will write your CV, LinkedIn bio, and cover letter to support your career development, providing all the tools you need to impress future employers.
