e-Careers Partners with the DMI in Launching the World's First Digital Marketing with Work Experience Course

e-Careers, a leading online education provider, is excited to announce a groundbreaking partnership with the Digital Marketing Institute (DMI) to launch a world-first digital marketing certification programme that guarantees work experience for career starters and changers. This innovative programme aims to address the pressing skills gap in the digital marketing industry, where employers consistently seek candidates with experience but often overlook those who are just beginning their careers.

The digital marketing landscape is evolving rapidly, and employers are increasingly prioritising candidates who possess experience. However, many talented, ambitious and aspiring individuals find themselves in a catch-22 situation: they cannot secure a job without experience, yet they cannot gain experience without that first job.

The e-Careers programme breaks this cycle, offering a unique solution that provides individuals with the hands-on experience they need to launch successful careers in digital marketing.

e-Careers will offer three distinct pathways aligned with DMI certifications:

• Digital Marketing Professional Pathway with Work Experience
• Social Media Specialist Pathway with Work Experience
• Search Marketing Specialist Pathway with Work Experience

Each pathway includes comprehensive training, delivered and certified by the DMI, along with tailored employability support from e-Careers. This support will encompass CV writing, LinkedIn profile optimisation, and cover letter development. e-Careers will then place participants in a guaranteed remote work experience programme with a host employer, which can be part-time or full-time based on student availability. The duration of the work experience can be selected by the student, ranging from one month to four months.

Past programmes in other fields have demonstrated significant career success, with 1 in 4 students completing their work experience going on to receive job offers from their host employer.
