e-Careers partners with the Welsh Government, Coleg Gwent & GLLM to offer FREE training

We are working to provide free, flexible training to individuals in Wales, across a range of key sectors including Construction, IT & Cyber Security, Project Management and more, through the new Personal Learning Accounts initiative rolled out across Wales

What is a Personal Learning Account (PLA)?

Personal Learning Accounts are fully funded courses, supported through the Welsh Government, which helps residents in Wales earn new qualifications, on a part-time basis, around their existing responsibilities. Using these PLA’s to learn new skills and gain recognised qualifications will help individuals who meet the below eligibility criteriawork towards a new career or promotion, without having to pay for training.

By studying one or more of these courses, you will be able to develop new skills and earn industry recognised qualifications, boosting your CV, making you more employable, supporting your current and future career goals.

Personal Learning Accounts are 100% fully funded by the Welsh Government.

Who are we working with?

Working in conjunction with the Welsh Government, e-Careers will be providing fully funded training through both Coleg Gwent or Grŵp Llandrillo Menai (GLLM). Training will be delivered either via our Online platform, or through our Virtual Classrooms, with one of our expert trainers.
