ACT gives you a safer way to start. The audit is free, and where suitable workflow, automation or dashboard opportunities are identified, e-Careers can support implementation with no up-front build cost.
We agree the baseline first, build the workflow or automation, then measure the improvement through before-and-after reporting. This means impact is based on evidence, such as time saved, reduced manual effort, improved consistency, faster turnaround or better quality.
Once value is proven, successful ways of working can be scaled across more teams with the right training, templates, guidance and support.

No up-front implementation cost is subject to suitability and usually applies to agreed workflow, automation or dashboard builds, not fixed-fee training, policy development or general consulting.
