Importantly, this unit enables practitioners to apply their knowledge and skills, building their confidence and ability to practise progressively.

The CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate is designed for flexible online L&D and HR learning. It typically takes 7-9 months to complete. However, this will still vary by personal study style, previous work experience, and the time you can dedicate to your training.
We give 12-month access, so you have more than enough time to get it all done without stressing. This timeframe allows you to immerse yourself fully in the course materials, participate in tasks, and adequately prepare for assessments.
To earn your CIPD Level 3 qualification, you won't need to sit for any exams. Instead, you'll complete four written assignments, one for each unit. To help you prepare, we include draft assignments in the course, which you can submit to a tutor for feedback before your final submission. You have up to three attempts to pass each assignment, ensuring you have ample opportunity to succeed.
