Alongside your studies, you will also gain 4-16 weeks of remote work experience with a host company. This experience will offer practical, real-world exposure that enhances your employability.

CIPD Level 5 exam

There are no exams for the CIPD Level 5 in People Management. Instead, you'll complete seven end-of-module assignments (3 core, 3 specialist, 1 optional). Your tutor will mark these assignments, allowing you to revise them before submitting them to CIPD for final marking. You will have three attempts to pass each assignment.
