Course Overview

Our Management of Portfolios (MoP) Practitioner training course, will build on the knowledge gained through the Foundation training, and help you gain significant knowledge and skills to perform at a practitioner level and function effectively within your organisation.

This course is held in a Virtual Classroom and is conducted by one of our expert trainers, with over 15 years’ experience in this sector.

Throughout this course you will learn how to help your organisation make decisions about implementing correct changes to their business as usual (BAU) activity, through programmes and projects.

Implementing MoP into your organisation, will help them:

  •    Remove duplicate and redundant projects and programmes.
  •    Manage their resources effectively.
  •    Enhance accountability, corporate governance, and transparency.
  •    Achieve the best ROI in projects and change programmes.
  •    Identify and prioritise various initiatives, including projects or programmes within their portfolio.
  •    Improve engagement and communication between relevant stakeholders.

If you have not earned your Foundation certificate yet, you will first need to take our Management of Portfolios (MoP) Foundation.
