Learning outcomes

• Understand the basic concepts of common agile ways of working.

• Exam Format - The examination is scenario-based, i.e. the questions relate to a case study, referred to as the ‘Scenario'.

• Number of questions - 50.

  • The Question Booklet contains 5 sets of multiple-choice questions (MCQs), each testing particular learning outcomes from the candidate’s course of study.

  • Each question is worth 1 mark.

• Duration - 2 hours 30 minutes.

• Pass mark - 30/50 (60%).

• Material allowed - An official copy of the PRINCE2 Agile® Guidance is allowed. 

  • The examination is an ‘open book’, i.e. the PRINCE2 Agile guide is allowed for reference during the examination.

To be eligible to take the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner examination, you must have a current version of any of the following certifications:

• PRINCE2 Foundation

• PRINCE2 Agile Foundation

• Project Management Professional (PMP)®

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®

• International Project Management Association (IPMA) Level A, B, C, or D. There are registered trademarks of the International Project Management Association.
