This AgilePM® Practitioner qualification is designed for professionals in project-driven environments who want to apply Agile techniques and practices at an advanced level. The course builds on Foundation knowledge and focuses on practical application through scenario-based learning.

• AgilePM philosophy and framework components
• Balancing time, cost, quality, and features in AgilePM projects
• Applying AgilePM’s eight principles in real-world scenarios

Individuals and interactions, collaboration, and communication

• Agile leadership styles and situational empowerment
• Shaping appropriate Agile teams and roles
• Ensuring effective collaboration and communication across teams

Risk Management and project approach

• Tailoring AgilePM to mitigate risks
• Using the Project Approach Questionnaire to assess and manage project risks
• Distinguishing between VUCA-related and approach-related risks

Defining and estimating project work

• Define work clearly at each project lifecycle phase
• Estimate tasks based on project phase and make decisions at the 'last responsible moment'
• Use MoSCoW prioritisation and Timeboxing to deliver the Minimum Usable Subset

Planning and controlling the work of the project

• Apply Agile planning across different lifecycle phases
• Track progress and manage changes during sprints and tranches
• Adapt Scrum for multi-team projects and dependency management
• Ensure projects meet regulatory and financial requirements

Day 2:

• Exam preparation, practice specimen exam, and final AgilePM® Practitioner exam.

This two-day intensive training course is delivered through a live virtual classroom led by highly qualified trainers with over 10 years of experience in project management and practical application of Agile methodologies.
