e-Careers Limited (hereafter referred to as the "company", "e-Careers", "we", "us", and "our") provides www.e-careers.com. We encourage prospective clients to read e-Careers terms and conditions, prior to any purchases.

The "Company", "e-Careers", "We", "Us", "Our" - this refers to e-Careers Limited with a registered office at e-Careers Limited. Unit 6, Waterside Drive, Slough, Berkshire, SL3 6EZ.

"Client", "Your", "You", "Delegate", "Student" - this refers to the organisation or individual purchasing from e-Careers Limited that intends to attend a training event.

"Event" – this refers to any Classroom, Virtual Classroom, Workshop, Course, Training Event either Virtual or Physical delivered by e-Careers and not out-sourced by e-Careers to a third party.

"The Website" - this refers to the www.e-careers.com

"Terms and Conditions" - this refers to the terms of usage and conditions under which all purchases are pursued, and the website is utilised.

"Career Pass" - this refers to a transferable, but non-refundable agreement between e-Careers and the Client.

"Working Days" - this refers to days between Monday and Friday, excluding UK Public Holidays.

Each of these Terms and Conditions shall be read and construed independently of each other so that if one or more is held to be invalid for any reason whatsoever, then the remaining Terms and Conditions shall be valid. Further, if any Term or Condition is found to be void but would be valid if some part of it were deleted, then such Term or Condition shall apply with such modification as may be necessary to make it valid and effective. We shall not be responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and the Courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction.

  1. All prices published are including VAT.
  2. All quotes are valid only for 7 days from the date they are first sent.
  3. The published prices do not include any travel, accommodation or living costs
  4. All prices are subject to change due to the dynamic nature of our business and of the training industry
  5. If a third-party vendor, certification body, or service provider alters their examination fee or material cost, e-Careers reserves the right to adjust the relevant training course prices to reflect such alterations.
  1. The course fees, including VAT, are payable 30 working days prior to the course start date. Payments can be made via major credit and debit cards, bank transfer and PayPal. We reserve the right to hold all services until payment is received in full.
  2. Where a Purchase Order is issued, it must clearly state the purchase order number, course date, full Invoice amount and contact details for invoicing. When more than one course is booked on the same purchase order, full payment for all courses, including VAT, is required 30 working days before the commencement of the first course.
  3. Where the relevant invoice has not been paid by the course start date, then we have the right to refuse the delegate(s) entry to the course. In these circumstances, the invoice in question will remain payable in full. We reserve the right to withhold examination results and certificates until all payments have been received.
  4. The terms of this agreement override over any other terms of business or purchase conditions put forward by the Customer.
  5. All company credit card payments will incur a card surcharge.
  6. Career Pass contracts must be paid in full upon confirmation - prior to any clients attending an event. e-Careers reserves the right to refuse entry to an Event until the course fee is paid in full. Please also note that examination results and certificates will not be issued until the full fee has been paid.
  7. Career Pass has a strict 12-month expiry policy, which will be strictly adhered to under all circumstances.
  8. Career Passes are valid for up to a maximum of 12 months from the date of the order and Career Pass is transferable, but non-refundable under any circumstances.
  9. Events that are booked under a Career Pass contract are subject to the rescheduling fees and cancellation fees.
  10. All administration fees for cancellations are payable immediately upon receipt of the invoice. The Terms of this agreement override over any other terms of business or purchase conditions put forward by the client.

Cancellations made by e-Careers Limited

e-Careers reserves the right to cancel, move, and reschedule an Event due to circumstances that are beyond e-Careers control, such as trainer illness or low attendance. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact and notify clients of any alterations to their Event. If an Event is cancelled, e-Careers will re-allocate Clients on to a future Event with the Client's consent.

Client Cancellations

  1. All cancellation and rescheduling fees are due immediately via debit or credit card.
  2. The Client understands that once they activate the first Learning Voucher at any time, including during the Cancellation Period they lose the right to cancel the purchase and lose any rights for a refund.
  3. Any eligible refunds will be made within 30 days from the date in which e-Careers confirms acceptance of the refund, using the same payment method which was originally used by the Student to the fee.
  4. Eligible cancellation requests can be made in the following ways:
    Completing the Cancellation Form and sending it via post to;
    Cancellations Department, Unit 6, Waterside Drive, Slough SL3 6EZ UK
    or
    by emailing the Cancellation Form to cancellations@e-careers.com
  5. The Student understands that any cancellation requests outside the Cancellation Period or once the Learning Voucher has been redeemed will not be authorised by e-Careers. All fees will remain payable and should the Student not keep up with any outstanding payments then e-Careers can commence any actions to recover any outstanding fees. If e-Careers, is unable to recover the fees, the course will be suspended, and further legal proceedings will be commenced to recover full outstanding fees. The additional administration and legal costs which will be incurred to enforce this debt will be added to the total amount outstanding and payable by the Student.
  1. Rescheduling Events less than 30 working days of the Event start date is not permitted and therefore will incur a 100% rescheduling fee.
  2. Rescheduling Events more than 30 working days of the Event start date will incur a £199+VAT charge (per change) payable immediately upon rescheduling.

  1. In the case where a refund is made to you by us, the refund may take up to 21 working days to be processed. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that the original payment was made.
  2. e-Careers will not be liable for any fluctuation in exchange rates or bank charges for overseas refund transactions.
  3. Please note that failure to attend the Event will not be eligible for refund whatsoever. The above charges will apply.
  4. If the Learning voucher has been redeemed or pre-course work issued, no refunds can be issued as this is an indication of confirmation of training.
  1. Contents of Event timetables are intended for general guidance only and serve as an advisory purpose only. Any typographical errors including pricing or omission in any website, sales literature, administrative documentation, course materials, or other documents are subject to change without any liability on the part of e-Careers.
  2. The Event information, including the course, date, and venue (if applicable), pre-coursework, virtual class links (if applicable), will be advised five days prior to start date, in the form of joining instructions.

If for any reason (including but not limited to transit delays beyond the control of e-Careers) courseware/manual does not arrive on time for the course we will commit to replacing it at the earliest opportunity and make best endeavours to make temporary materials accessible, as required, to continue the learning programme. Refunds will not be granted for transit-related delays beyond the control of e-Careers.

  1. Any non-attendance of any Event, regardless of delivery type for any reason whatsoever is deemed to be a cancellation with no notice and payment is due in full.
  2. A multiple Event booking is when more than one course is confirmed that may make up part of a certification e.g. Business Analysis Diploma, PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt etc. Part attendance of an Event is when a Client does not continue to the full course completion. In this situation the Client will not be entitled to any refund for Events, courses or part of courses that were not attended, this will be deemed as non-attendance.

You accept that it is your responsibility that the course booked is suitable for your requirements and ability. We employ advisors who recommend courses or learning solutions, however, the assessment and the final decision concerning suitability of the course is your responsibility. In cases where we have made recommendations, we do so in good faith and not be wilfully misleading and is based on the information you provide.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to any person whom we / our trainer considers in its absolute discretion to be unsuitable for whatsoever reason.

For any Events due to be delivered at the Clients venue, it is the Client’s responsibility to provide all facilities, equipment and set up required for trainer to deliver the Event effectively. We reserve the right to cancel or discontinue the Event if, in the Trainer's opinion, the venue, equipment or conditions are unsuitable.

To successfully deliver a training course, we require the following (but not limited to):

  1. Room Size: The room should comfortably accommodate the expected number of participants with sufficient space for movement.
  2. Projector or Screen: A high-quality projector or screen with brightness suitable for the room size.
  3. Whiteboard or Flipcharts: A whiteboard with markers or flipcharts.
  4. Wi-Fi/Internet Access: A stable Wi-Fi or internet connection.
  5. Power Outlets: Sufficient power outlets for charging laptops or tablets.

We partner with several organisations to deliver certain Events to enable us to give our Customers a greater choice of products and services. Kindly note that these providers are chosen very carefully by us.

Some of the Events may be delivered by our training partners. These Events will be conducted by fully accredited Training provider.

All intellectual property rights for all course materials shall remain the property of e-Careers Limited, or our partner organisations as mentioned above as the case may be. The Customer agrees not to reproduce, sell, hire, lend or copy the course materials or use them except for the purpose of personal reference. We hereby warrant that we will not knowingly include any copyright material in its course materials without license or consent.
